Jan. 9, 2009: Mail out 2010-2011 request for preliminary proposals.
March 2: Preliminary proposals due.
March 24 : Preliminary proposal review panel and NH Sea Grant Executive Committee meet to review preliminary proposals.
April 3: PIs contacted with recommendations regarding development of full proposals.
May 15: PIs submit lists of suggested peer reviewers.
June 1: Full proposals due.
June 8: Full proposals circulated for external review.
July 20: Reviews due in Sea Grant office. Blind copies provided to PIs.
Aug. 5: PI's responses to reviews due in Sea Grant office.
Sept. 9: Technical advisory panel and the Executive Committee meet to review proposals.
Sept. 16: PIs notified of funding decisions.
October: Omnibus proposal production.
Nov. 1: Final proposal package and budgets submitted to the National Sea Grant Office.
Feb. 1, 2010: Anticipated 2010 awards begin.
